THE FEED NEEDS A TOUCH-UP
By Jarred Hamilton

Good news: touch-ups are kind of our thing.
Since we have about 250 Colors On Parade and CarLove franchise owners across the country who see interesting, hilarious, impressive, weird and downright
satisfying things every single day, we're pretty sure many of you are
sitting on content gold.
So, we're launching: Social Media Touch-Up Contest!!!
For the next 2 weeks we will be sorting through your entries looking for
social content that makes people STOP scrolling.
Need an example? https://www.facebook.com/share/1Bu6jUqerV/ Here is
Columbia conquering Wheel Refinishing...
What we are looking for:
Content for Paint work
Content for PDR work
It could be:
A repair that's ridiculously satisfying.
Something customers never knew about what we do.
A strange piece of damage you found in the wild.
A before-and-after that deserves its own movie trailer.
A tip people can actually use.
A funny moment from the shop.
A myth you hear all the time.
A “wait…you can FIX that?!” moment.
Or something we haven't even thought of yet.
And that's kind of the point.
We're not looking for everyone to become a professional influencer. We're
not even sure the internet needs more professional influencers.
We want real people, real work, real personality and really good ideas.
Teach us something.
Make us laugh.
Make us curious.
Make us say, “Why aren't we already posting stuff like this?”
Send your submissions to my email or text me. (jarredhamilton@gmail.com or
3184700242)
We'll feature some of our favorites across Colors On Parade and CarLove
social channels, recognize the people behind them (if you want 🤷), and
reward the content that rises to the top with:
$50 per selected sharable posting
$200 for Best Posting
And who knows?
We may discover that somewhere in our franchise system is somebody who has a serious
knack for this.
