• Dealerhip Surveys. Did you know or recall that all Colors on Parade Area Developers/Area Reps are required to contact the business customers in their area periodically to "survey" their satisfaction with our service, quality, etc... Experience has proven that an inquiry from someone other than the technician servicing the account may result in the honest sharing of any issues the dealership/customer is having but has not communicated to the Technician. This fits into one of the primary responsibilities of all Area Developers/Reps - Customer Satisfaction, Reputation, Brand building.

• New Franchisee Certification. Beginning in January, 2027, we will no longer be offering the option for new franchisees that have been "trained in the field" for a minimum of 3 months to complete their franchisee certification via Zoom. So, if you know of anyone that is motivated to avoid a trip to Conway, SC to complete their franchise certification, remind them that they need to "get certified" via one of the 4 remaining Zoom Certification sessions scheduled on the 3rd Thursday of each month. The Zoom session is 3 hours from 2PM - 5PM Eastern time and requires that the attendee be in front of their camera in a quiet place for the duration of the session (not working on a lot or sitting in their unit)
