2027 National Convention Planning. We received some good input during the most recent Area Rep and Franchisee meetings. Here is what we have on the list so far:
Blending Class – Solid Pastel colors for BC8
ADAS Sensors – Guidelines for refinish/repair
Wheel Refinish hands on class
Advanced Training Class
Fiberglass
Glue Pull
Hoods, Roofs, top surfaces
Matte Clears
Include fun team-based events/contests, such as:
ID the missing toners from spray-out panels
Relay race – ???
Spray gun assembly
Masking race with two people, one hand for each person tied behind back.
Contest leading up to Convention:
Worst failed repairs
Worst Competitor Repairs
Could we have Certification for one of the levels – like Advanced Technician – Paint
