National Convention Planning Survey (2028) 40th Anniversary

In order to move forward with our planning for our 40th Anniversary National Convention in 2028, we need you to help us narrow down our options from the 4 listed below to the one that will be the best option for the most Franchise Owners.

So, please review the information provided on each of the 4 options, consult with your affected parties (Wives, bosses, people really in charge) and then click on the survey link provided below to RANK your preferences 1 - 4. This will give us the most information to work with COPFAC to make our final selection. Once we've narrowed down the target area, we will have our outside meeting planner give us multiple options for the selected area. Our goal is to have this information to our outside meeting planner in September and the information on the final destination to you in October.

We are doing our best to nail down the details for this National Convention to give everyone time to plan and save for this significant event and milestone in our Franchise's history. Be aware that we will be required to make deposits

to secure the selected venue and rooms by the end of the year (2026). We will have that information available when we narrow down to the final location.

Here are the 4 Options under consideration with their estimated range of total costs for:

Cost Criteria for Estimates below

• Double Occupancy (2 people in 1 room/cabin)

• 5 nights

• All Food included either via all inclusive pricing or $200-$250 per person per day estimate)

• Airfare for 2 from central U.S.

• Targeted dates are Feb of 2028 for all except for the Dude Ranches which will be April 2028 if selected.

Hawaii Big Island or Mauii. Possible resorts include Hilton Waikoloa, Hyatt Maui Resort & Spa and similar

Total Estimated Cost range is $6,500 - $8,000

Caribbean All Inclusive

Targeted Islands include Antigua, St. Lucia and similar

Total Estimated Cost range is $4,500 - $7,000

Caribbean Cruise

Virgin, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean or similar

Departing from Cape Canaveral, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami

Estimated Cost range is $2,000 - $4,000

Dude Ranch

Alisal in California or PawsUp in Montana

Estimated Cost range is $7,800 - $8,750

For those that have not been to one of our "Big" 5th year anniversary conventions, we generally schedule our meetings in the mornings to allow for family activities every day by lunch time. All of the location options above were selected to provide an event that can be a great family vacation opportunity combined with our business travel event.
